What a visit covers.

Six kinds of visits that make up most of the work — from the first consultation, through splinting and pain work, to the plan you take home with you.

01

Consultation and functional assessment

The first visit is a thorough history, an assessment of range, strength, and sensation, and a plan agreed together. You leave with a written document describing what, how, and why.

02

Post-surgical rehabilitation

After tendon repair, ligament reconstruction, fracture fixation, nerve release. Work follows the surgeon's protocol with attention to staging and tissue response.

03

Custom splinting

Thermoplastic splints made on site — static, dynamic, and static-progressive. Soft straps for everyday support.

04

Scar and oedema work

Scar mobilisation, compression, lymphatic taping — tools matched to the phase of healing and your tolerance.

05

Chronic pain and CRPS therapy

Graded loading, desensitisation, education about pain mechanisms. The nervous system sets the pace — not the calendar.

06

Home plan and education

Every visit leaves a trace: written exercises, splint schedule, short videos, and clear answers to your questions.
